Waxing is a form of semipermanent hair removal, which removes the hair from the root.
New hair will not grow back on the previously waxed area for up to 4 weeks, although some people might start to see regrowth in a week due to some of the hair being on a different growth cycle.
Strip Waxing
Strip wax is accomplished by spreading a wax thinly over the skin, a paper strip is applied and pressed firmly adhering the strip to the wax and the wax to the skin.
The wax is quickly removed against the direction of hair growth.
This removes the wax along with the hair.

Hot Waxing
Hot wax is applied on top of an oil which has been applied to the skin previously.
The wax hardens allowing the easy removal by a therapist.
This method is very beneficial to people who have sensitive skin.

After waxing
- Do not expose the skin to the sun for at least 48 hours.
- Do not use steam rooms, sauna’s, sun beds or any kind of heat treatment.
- Do not exercise for 24 hours.
- Do not use any deodorants, perfumes or body sprays for 24 hours.
- Do not use talc or false tan for 24 hours.
- Do not have massage for 24 hours.
- Use only after cream recommended by your therapist.
- Apply sun block 2 to 3 days following treatment if out in the sun.
